Command line AUTH SSL login

Using AUTH SSL I have no problem logging in with the user interface, but cannot login via the command line. This is a section of the log file where the error occurs.

Connect socket #872 to 198.160.9.50, port 20024...SSL/TLS error - 0, SSL error - 1, error:00000001:lib(0):func(0):reason(1)

Winsock error 10060 (A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

LE Version 2.2 Build 1765

Any help would be appreciated.

Firewall or security is blocking it. Double check your firewall settings for coreftp.exe
