I'm using Core Ftp Lite and it is disconnecting from my Titan ftp
server after 15 seconds even with "keep alive" set at 10 seconds.
The server is running SSH SFTP V3 and your client connects and transfers files fine, but if you wait for 15 seconds without doing anything Core disconnects from the server. What's the problem??
Thanks in advance ...

I think I have found the reason. It appears to be an issue with the Putty
engine and I would bet your client uses it. I have the same issue with WinScp and FileZilla and they use the Putty engine. Not sure what the
compatibility issue is, do you?
There are lots of Ftp clients that work nicely with Titan but none with the
function or value of Core Ftp Lite when it comes to the needs of educational institutions, so I was hoping to get-it to work.
Any help is good help,
Thanks

Well that has created a new problem.
The client now disconnects after a file transfer or during a file transfer before it is complete.
There is also another problem that I failed to state earlier.
When you paste or upload a file to the server Core says the file already exists even though it doesn't. After the transfer it asks again "do you want to over write the file?" Very strange.
Also I believe this is related, Keep alive gets canceled after any operation
and the client then disconnects from the server.
Thanks
