Registration info not found

I now have Lite downloaded, but get a "Registration info not found" message when I try to open it. A reply to orezero says that for free users, no additional registration action is required. Is there something I've done wrong that keeps me from accessing this application?

Alas, when I clicked on the application icon in my program folder just now, I got the same message. I don't need to reload Lite do I?
