Why does ForumAdmin not reply to messages?

I sent a question on 03.09.2010, but no reply so far. Also, I see a lot of messages in this forum that have not recieved any response. Why does the Forum Admininstrator not answer messages that recieve no replies from elswhere?

I have set up CoreFTF Lite on two computers in two different locations. From the first one, I could immediately upload all kinds of files to a FTP server. From the other, I have so far only been able to upload text files (*.txt). Transfer of other types of files (*.doc, *.xls, *.jpg, etc.) halts after a few seconds. My impression is that the problem has to do with site settings, but I have tried to make them idendical in both cases.

Any suggestions?
