CoreFTP On Terminal Server - Restrict Access to Local Drive

We use CoreFTP on our terminal server and restrict users from accessing local drives (server C:\ drive) using group policy. The idea is that users need to be saving files to the drive mapped to our file server. The standard browse dialog works fine, however the tree view dialog bypasses the restrictions and allows users to save to the local drive. Is there a way to restrict access to the tree view?
