How do I access the recycle bin in Core FTP lite?

I accidentally deleted all the files in my website server (yeah, I know...REALLY dumb.)

I saw in my settings that deleted files are supposed to go to a "Recycle Bin." I checked the Windows recycle bin and there were no files saved there so I'm wondering if there is another location of a recycle bin just for Core FTP?

OR, do you know if I can "undo" the deletion somehow and recover my lost files and web pages?
