CoreFTP Client on Windows 2008 Server 32 or 64 bit

I've done some testing on an automated transfer with CoreFTP LE on my XP workstation. Now I would like to run it on Windows 2008 Server in 32 or possibly 64 bit. Will this work? Should I have any concerns?
