command line Q: full docs of switches?

I'm using command mode mroe and more. I'm curious if there is a document that comprehensively lists all the available switched, what they do and any restrictions? The documentation page is seems to be missing several switches. Like the -monitor that CP mentions in another post.

I think an even better idea would be to add a /help or -help or --help or /? flag to bring up an interactive help screen that describes all available options. This way a trip to the internet would not be necessary (although I still think having an updated documentation section would always be good to have).
