Can't establish connection - ver 1.3 comcast

Help! I have used version 1.2 on my old win98 program without any problems, ever. . .now I have a new superfast computer with XP and just downloaded 1.3. I get the following readout:

I have uninstalled and re-installed with these same results. Doues anyone have any suggestions, or should I uninstall and download ver 1.2?

Changing the field to: upload.comcast.net worked. My old program showed it the other way in that field, I was just copying the fields.
