New to the forums so would like to say hello to everyone!
I've just had a new site designed (www.elitecc.co.uk) and had the SFTP details emailed over by the web guys so I can upload images onto the server and download the site for backup. I'm having some problems logging in I keep getting this message:

SFTP connection error - Connection timed out

I'm not sure if maybe I havent checked a box I need to or what. The settings thay have provided me are:
user ID
'gid'
groups
A domain
A password
SSH: true
Any help much appreciated!
