Core FTP Lite Startup Problem

Core FTP Lite Startup Problem

When I launch Core FTP lite it tries to make a connection to my local machine and then when it can't it closes the program. How do I stop this from happening?

It is not in Startup and Browser Integration is not activated.
So that is not the problem.
Anything else I can check?
