Problem with core ftp lite

Hi,

I have downloaded CoreFTP Lite ver 1.3 build 1334.
I have configured the IP address of my Squid proxy server in the Proxy settings. I have selected "http 1.1" as type of proxy.
Now when i try to connect to any ftp site (simple FTP and not SSL or SFTP) it just does not connect.

BTW, I am able to successfully connect to the same ftp site using Internet explorer browser configured to use the same proxy server.

So what is the problem with Core FTP lite???
