problem with upload file 7kb..

i'm already finish developed my web page...but i have a some problem when i upload that file.Actually my size file index.html is 7KB..but when i upload the file... only 4KB can transfer.So my page cannot fully running and i'm missing menu from file index.Hopefully anybody can help me solve my problem..
