Issues with passing commands to GXS site (SSL implicit)

Need to pass the following commands before transferring a file:

cd /send
QUOTE SITE standard=none
QUOTE SITE parm=sa=AAA22755-SEND;ra=ACH-MISC-A
PUT -BIN “C:\test.txt”

1. How do I do this?
2. I have attempted to do this using the hosts>advanced>scripts/cmd area.

This is a maildrop type situation... so the server is expecting the previous commands to be sent prior to the put command....

cd /send... 502 Bad command or it is not implemented here.
put command appears to function...

Any assistance ASAP would be appreciated. We are using evaluaton copy of Core Pro FTP 2.1 build 1593
