The LE Lite verison has no license declaration defining what can or cannot be done with it. The About screen makes a very stonrg statement about protection under copyright law, yet the basics rights needed under copyright law are not assigned in the LE version.
Right to use shouldn't be assumed, but do I have the right to make copies? right to distribute internally to 100 users? (inside my company), how about the right to distribute externally to others (for free, not commercial), do I have the right to modify? make derived works?
Even more complicated is the implied use of LE does NOT extend to 'commerical' use because of ancillary comments in a help file. Yet at install no one would know this.
In short what are the license terms for LE Lite?

I do want to clarify that none of what you said is presented when the product is installed. The installation only shows the qouted text below, basically a disclaimer of Warrenty/Liability. It would be much better if you clarified what rights are given, what can be acquired, at time of install
