Entire file does not download

I can upload files without any problems.

I uploaded a 17kb and 34kb .csv file. When I downloaded them it showed in the left window pane that it downloaded the entire file (showed the correct file size).

When I looked at the files it downloaded it shows 4kb for both files and only about 10 records are in both files when there should have been a lot more.

I'm using version 1.3c, build 1446 on Windows XP.

Does anyone know what's happening and how to fix it?

i tried your suggestion, but it's still not working. In fact in the logs i'm getting this message. 426 Data connection closed, file transfer INS_DEF_020106_results.csv aborted.
