Hi there,
I've been looking for a replacment FTP client to the one I had as for some reason the one I had did not deal with eastern european characters correctly.
CoreFTP looks like it does handle them correctly, however the dates of files on the server I am connected to all come out as 01/01/xxxx, where xxxx is the correct year. If I look at the files on the server itself through a command line such as putty I have the correct dates. The server is running AIX 5.3
Does CoreFTP client support eastern european character sets for the date?
Many thanks,
David

I have exactly the same problem and wonder if you found the answer? I connect to many servers and they all show the full date correctly except for one that shows only 01/01/xx as you have said.
The problem is on a production server, however in the QA server there is no problem. When I FTP files off the problem server, the files are stamped with todays date and time, and then they transform into their correct date and time!
