Core FTP

My site pictures are down at this time. This is the 2nd time in about 2 weeks. I really need to get them up.

This is the error message.

Can't establish connection --> 66.205.80.34:21 @ Tue Apr 17 14:33:16 2012 (0-5)

Please help. We are in our busy season.

I have had my pictures on the server for about 6 months - I can not at this time retrieve them on our web site.

The error message is that I can not connect -

I have not been able to get my pictures to come on our web site www.LakeToys.net for about 24 hours or so.

I have about 3,000 pictures at this time.

It is causing the pages to load slow and I have not been successful in contacting anyone.

Please help.
