Sussed it. Uninstalling Core didn't work, the file-type was still wrong. Being Citrix servers, I couldn't change the association back in the usual way (explorer>tools>folder option>file types) but running this set it back to using IE; ftype ftp="C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe&q...
