But doesn't -os only skip if the file name is the SAME? My file name will be different each time.

Upload only if NO file exists

Using command line, I can upload make it skip the upload if the SAME file exists, but is there a way to skip the upload if ANY file exists?

Any ideas? I have to do this command line.
