On some SSH servers, only the legacy protocol is supported. You can set this setting from your site profile - advanced - ssh - check 'use legacy protocol options'.

Downloading from an FTP server using SSH. It lets me log in, but it shows the two files I'm trying to download as only being 1K. The admin of the other server tells me that the files are larger, approximately 2MB. When I attempt to download anyway, it gives me an error. The admin has checked my perm...
