CoreFTP Server

I have installed CoreFTP server (latest as shown on your download link). And have had the reg.rgf file sent to me after payed for the server registration.
The issue I am having after installing CoreFTP server, that even after registering it with the reg.rgf file and restarting CoreFTP server it still states I can only have a maximum of 2 users (when I see three). I tried copying one of my current users, but nothing, same error.
I have rebooted the PC, uninstalled CoreFTP server, reinstalled, reregistered, and still can only have a max of 2 users?
The only thing I haven't tried is to delete the registry key for coreftp.
Why is it doing this? I need this fixed asap or at least steps to get it fixed.
