Core FTP

Hi we are testing coreFTP server and while uploading we received error message:

Status: Connecting to 144.36.138.209...
Response: fzSftp started
Command: open "TestUser@144.36.138.209" 22
Error: Server sent disconnect message
Error: type 2 (protocol error):
Error: "Too many users for this IP"
Error: Could not connect to server

Appreciate your advise on what could be the possible cause of this.

Thanks for the quick response, yes it is config at 3 but i there was only one PC accessing the server when I received that error message. I just find it unusual.
