Core FTP

I'm sure this is something very basic. We have a brand new server using Server 2003. I've installed CoreFTP Server and have created a new user, copying everything from my old server. I cannot log into the CoreFTP Server from my PC? Here is the dialog from trying to logon.

As long as you can logon locally on the machine, it's most likely the firewall is blocking incoming connections to that server.
