Core FTP

I can't find a reference anywhere to how to refresh. To date when I have updated a file I have had to exit from CoreFTP and then login again which is pretty annoying.

I am sure there is something simple I am overlooking.

How do I add a subfolder to a folder within a CoreFTP directory please?

I am accessing my wordpress directory via CoreFTP and want to create a subfolder in one of the folders. But there doesn't appear to be any way of doing so. Is that correct or am I missing something?
