I already done this!
After this, IE can work with Chinese character and the non-unicode character explain can use Chinese.

Also with East character installed, the local view browser can display Chinese character correctly.

windows XP professional edition, english version!

It's really strange that in the local view browser the chinese character can display correctly without any problem.
But the remote view browser windows can not work with chinese character directory/file name.
Confuse.

Dear all, I use Core ftp as it is free. But when I use it to connect to a ftp server with Chinese character in directory/file name, it can not be display correctly in remote browser window.
